Watch it and ask yourself whether there are thing you can do in your everyday life to minimize the time you spend texting and ignoring the world around you, especially if you are single and especially if the excessive texting habit prevents you from making eye contact, flirting and having casual interaction with the people around you in your daily life.

Wow this was a great video! There are many times that I can remember where people jumped to their phone as an escape from the current hardships of their lives.

It is a great video indeed. You don't even need to wait for anyone's hardship. Just watch how people on the phone when they stand in any line or at a café/restaurant, as soon as the person they are with goes to the restroom for a minute.
